Ann was born June 16, 1882 in Nepean, Carleton, Ontario. Her birth registration shows her first name to be 'Ann' though later sources use the variation, 'Anne' or 'Annie'.

'Annie' Binks is living with her Father in the 1901 and 1911 Canada Censuses, but no marriage or death record has been found after this.
